Mercury Architectural Lighting is proud to display here a complete architectural ceiling system comprised of:
- recessed LightStreams linear LED modules,
- LightPoints linear LED modules with micro downlights,
- all connected with LightShapes crosses, tees and corners.
Additional requirements included daylight harvesting and emergency standby lighting options.
This was a full company effort which included our seasoned engineering staff, experienced sales group and our manufacturing team including our ultra-technical machining center.
Engineering:
- Precise mechanical detailing to dimensional needs to assure a flawless fit into a screw-slot ceiling system.
- Methodical electrical standards defined and established for proper circuitry needed to control all phases.
- Engineering drawings submitted for construction approval.
Manufacturing:
- Computer controlled machining to exacting standards with zero tolerances.
- Hand wiring by senior technicians and all circuitry labeled for easy identification and installation.
- Pre-assembled in factory before packaging and delivery.
